1. Purpose of collection
Virun collects personal information submitted through the inquiry form solely to respond to project, partnership, and recruitment requests.
2. Items collected
Company name, contact name, email, phone number (optional), country/region, services of interest, and message. Consent records are stored with the submission.
3. Retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years for customer support and then deleted or separated, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Recipients
Information may be processed through email delivery and an internal Slack notification used by the Virun operations team. We do not sell personal data.
5. Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing sales@virun.co.kr.
